WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of Cour
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of
available from the City of Fort Pierce in the form of a pass through FRDAP Say;

WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County
