37 East; the boundary of said parcel being more particularly
described as follows:

monument marking the Northwest corner of Section 19; thence run South
1°00'20" East, along the range line, a distance of 1960 feet to a con-

South, ~ange 36 East; thence run North 89°00'40" East, 5549.68 feet to
an iron pipe on the East line of said Section 19, Township 35 South,
Range 37 East; tr~ence run North 1°36'10" West, along the section line,
1715.26 feet to a lightwood post marking the Northeast corner of Sec-
tion 19; thence run Nor~h 88°27'16" West, along the North line of
Section 19, 5537.29 feet to the Northwest corner of Section 19. All
