PARTIAL RBLEASE OF MORTGAGE °V~~~
THB UNDSRSIGNBD, HARBOR FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a
corporatian organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, the
owner and holder of that certain mortgage daLed August 19, 1982, executed by The Sands
Lake View Development, a Florida partnership, and recorded on August 24, 1982, in Official
Records Book 382, at Page 1720, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, hereby
acknowledges the payment of the sum of Four Thousand, Three Hundred and No/100
(s4,300.00) Dollars, with interest, from The Sands Lake View Development, a Florida
partnership.
WHEREBY, The Sands Lake View Development has requested Harbor Federal
Savings and Loan Association to release the premises hereinafter c~~scribed, being part of
said premises encumbered by the aforedescribed mortgage, from 1t~e lien and operation of
said mortgage.
NOW, THEREFOftE, KNOW YE that HARBOR FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION, in eonsideration of the premises and of the sum of TEN AND NO/100
(510.00) DOLLARS to it paid by The Sands Lake View Development at the time of the
execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit
c:aim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto The Sands
Lake View Development and assigns all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of
the premises conveyed by said mortgage, to wit:
The Condominium Parcel known as Apartment 8201 in Building 8
of Phese II of THB SANDB, A CONDOMINIUY, SSCTION I the
"Condominium" according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof,
recorded in Official Records Book 36?, et Pages 748 thrQUgh 839, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as such Declaration may
have been amended by any amendmenLs thereto hereto filed in the Public
Records of St. Lucie C.ounty, Florida, including but not limited to any
amendment to add the aforesaid Phase to the Condominium (if such Phase
be other than Phase I thereof).
This instrument is also intended to release the aforedescribed property from that
certain UCC-1 Finaneing Statement recorded on Au~ust 24, 1982, in Official Records Boo4c
38'l, at Page 1730, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with appurtenances, unto The Sands Lake View
Development, a Florida partnership, and its assigns forever, freed, exonerated and dis-
charged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every part thereof; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the
- effect, lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid mortgage on the remaining part of said
mortgaged premises, not hereb~~ releP.sed theref~om, or any of the rights and rerried:es of t~:e
holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has hereunto set its hand and seal this
