does hereby release, quit-claim and discharqe the following property:

and recorded April 7, 1982 in Official Record Book 374, Page 456,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and from the lien and
operation of a Security Agreemen~ from ~~ISTA PROPERTIES WEST, INC.,
to GIBRALTAR SAVINCS ASSOCIATION, dated
March 31, 1982 and recorded Rpril 7, 1982 in Official Record Book
374, Page 470, Public Records of St, Lucie County, Florida,
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that this is a Partial Release and
the execution hereof shall not affect or imnair the lien held by
said GIBRIILTAR SAVINGS ASSOCIATION coverinq other property describ~d
in said Mortc3age and not herin or heretofore specifically released.
