PARTIAL RELEASE
GATES DON LEE, INC., a Florida corporation, and ANNA
GATES, hereinafter called the Mortgagees, for good and valuable
considerations, do hereby release, quit-claim and discharge the
following property:
UNIT N0. 207 of BUILDING NO. 4 of VISTA ST. LUCIE, A
CONDOMINIU M, according to the Declaration Of Condominium
dated Septembe~ 29, 1982 and recorded October 1, 1982 in
Official Record Book 384, Page 2840, Public Records o~ St.
Lucie County, Florida, as amenc3ed; TOGETHER with all
appliances and the air conditioning unit serving said Unit,
and all common elements and com mon property appurtenant
thereto
from the lien and operation of a Mortgage from VISTA PROPERTIES
WEST, INC., a Florida corporation, to GATES DON LEE, INC., MORRIS
GATES and ANNA GATES, dated November 30, 1981 and recorded
December 1, 1981 in Official Record Book 367, Page 611, Public
Records of St. Lucie Co~znty, Florida.
