PARTIAL RELEASE
GATES DON LEE, INC., a Florida corporation, an~ ANNA
GATFS, hereinafter called the Mortgagees, for good and valuable
considerations, do hereby release, quit-claim and discharge the
following property:
UNIT NO. 204 _ of BUILDING NO. 6 of VISTA ST. LUCIE, A
CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration Of Condominium
dated September 29. 1982 and recorded October 1, 1982 i.n
Official Record Book 384, Page 2840, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, as amended; TOGETHER with all
appliances and the air conditioning unit serving said Unit,
and all common elements and common property appurtenant
thereto
from the lien and operation of a Mortgage from VISTA PROPERTIES
WEST, INC., a Florida corporation~ to GATES DON LEE, INC., MORRIS
GATF.S and ANNA GATES, dated November 30, 1981 and recorded
December 1, 1981 in Official Record Book 367, Page 611, Public
F.ecords of St. Lucie County, Florida.
IN WITNESS WHERE F, the gagees have executed this
