R7DER TO FINANCING STATEMENT
This Financing Statement covers all the estate, right,
title, interest, claim or deman3 whatsoever of the nebtors,
either at law or in equity, in and to the Land and th e buildings
and the fixtures and the personalty and the leases and the rents
encumbered by that certain Nortgage and Security Agreement of
even date herewith from the Debtors, as ic~enti~ied hereinabove,
in favor o£ the Secured Party, as ic~entified hereinab~ve, and
encumbering that certain parcel of real estatP situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida (the "Lan~i") and legally described as
follows:
The Condominium Parcel known as T]nit F-404,
in AVALON BEACH CL~1B, a Condominium,
according to the nec]~ration of Condominium
thereof, recorded in O£ficiai Recorc3s Book
390, Pages 2437 through 2519 of the Public
Records of St. I~ucie County, Florida, as
amended by Amendment filed January 25, 1483,
and recorded in Official Records Book 392 at
ti Pages 1478 through 1500, of the Public
~ Records of St. Lucie County, Floricia.

~ A. All buildings, structures and improvements now and
~ hereafter on the Gand;
B. All appurtenances, servitucies, rights, ways, pri-

any way now or hereafter belong to or pertain to the Land;
and, all right, title and interest ~f the Mortgagor, if any,
now owned or hereafter acquired, in ar,d to any land lying in
~ the bed of any street, road, or avenue, open or proQosed, in
~ front of or adjoining the Land;
~ C. All fixtures, equip~nent, machinery, furniture and
perso7a~ nroperty contained in, located on or appurtenant t~~
the Land whether or not permanently affixed to the Land, or
