Mortgage, may make Future Advance~ to Burrower. Such Future Advance,, with interes~ thereon, shall he secured by this
Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that iaid notrs are ,ecured hereby. At no time shall the principal
amount o( the indebtedncss secured by this Mortgage, not inclu~Jing sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect tAt
