RESOLUTION N0. 83-85
WNEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
;
County, Florida, has made the following determinations: ;
1. Section 316.008(1), Florida Statutes, authorizes the
Board to designate speed limits. ~
2. The Sheriff of St. Lucie County has recommended that a ~
i
speed limit of twenty (20) miles per hour be designated for Olive ~
'i
Avenue. ,

NOM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Ceunty ;

Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida: ~
i
A. A speed limit of twenty (20) miles per hour is hereGy
designated for Olive Avenue.
B. The St. Lucie County Road Superintendent is hereby
directed to erect speed limit signs, twenty (20) miles per hour,
on Olive Avenue.
After motion and second, the vote on this resolution was as
follows:
