ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on before this Court on the LOth
day of June, I983, on the Husband's Motion for Modification aizd
this Court having heard the testimony and being otherwise fuliy
advised in the premises, finds that the minor child of the parties,
TAMAREA RENEE PAYNE, born February 17, 1964, attaineci the age of
eighteen (18) on February 17, 1982 and it is therefore
QRDERED and ADJUDGED that the Respondent's Motion tor
Modification is hereby granted and the obligation of the Respon-
dent to pay support for Petitioner for the benefit of the child,
TAMAREA RENEE PAYNE, is hereby terminated. It is further
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that all child support payments
paid by the Respondent for the benefit of th~ child, TAMAREA R~N~~;

PAYNE, since February 17, 1982, shall be applied to the existing

; arrearage due to the Petitioner and this Court hereby finds tnac
there is a balance due of said arrearages in the swn of one nuii-

Respondent within sixty (60) days of the date ot tnis Order.
