FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTIOIJ OF 21ARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial on June 24, 1983 and the Gourt
having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and deter-
mines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter
of this suit; that the relationship of husband and wife now exists
between the parties and that the marriage between the parties is ir-
retrievably broken and shouldbe dissolved. It is hereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~

1. Dissolution of t~iarriage. The marriage between VERA MAE ;

RUTH and ELLIOTT RUTH be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the ?
~
! parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
~ matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
~
~ arising therefro~.

; 2. Shared Parental Responsibility. The parental responsi-
~
~ bility for the minor child, CHARLES RUTH, shall be shared by both
~
parties with the primary physical residence of the minor child being
with teh wife, subject to reasonable rights of visitation reserved
~ to the husband as more particularly set forth in the Sapration and '
~ ;
~ Property Settlement Agreement. !

3. Child Support. Commencing July 1, 1983, ELLIOTT RUTH
~ shall pay to VERA MAE RUTH the sum of $SO each and every week for the
~
~ support of the minor child, CHARLES RUTH. Each payment ~hall be made ~
~
~
~ to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to VERA MAE
~
~ RUTH. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $2 as statutory
~
~
~ costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. Ail payments
