This cause was heard upon the verified Petition for
Adoption filed in this cause and upon the consent of the natural
mother of the child and the recommendations of the Department of
Health and Rehabilitative Services, and it appearing to the Court
that the Petitioners are fit and proper persons to adopt the
minor child sought to be adopted and that ths best interest of the
child will be promoted by the adoption and that the child is ~
suitable for adoption by Petitioners, CLEM C. BENTON, Jr., and
CARRIE BENTON, his wife, and being otherwise fully advised in ~the
premises, it is
ADJUDGED that the minor child known as BRODERICK JERMAINE
BISHOP is declared to be the legal child of the Petitioners,
CLEM C. BENTON, Jr., and,~CARRIE BENTON, his wife, and is given
