THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before me this day on ~

i,jMotion of the Petitioner for Fina1 Judgment of Adoption, and it ;

~~appearing to the Court that the Department of Health and Rehabili-;
;;tative Services has filed its Answer in regard to a Final Judgment;
!'of Adoption, and the court now beng advised in the premises, finds~
,
' 1. That the Petitioner, James Antnany Bessey, is the ~
!istep father of the minor child and is a fit and proper person to
! ;:adopt the child named in the Petition, and that the best interests
t
~
j ,of the said child will be promoted by such adoption.

i 2. That the said child is suitable for adoption by the ,
~ . ;
( ~said PetitiQner. It is therefore upon consideration:

That the Petition of James Anthony Bessey is hereby '
;granted and that the said adoptee now known as ~~incent Ferdin is
~given the lawful name of and shall hence forth be known as
`:VINCENT BESSEY. ~ ~

That the said adoptee is hereby declared to be the legal,
~child and lawful heir of James Anthony Bessey and that said adoptee
~
;ishall be subject to all of the abligations and entitled to all of
~ ~:;;the rights and privileges of children born to the adopting parent

~ ;iin lawful wedlock, all of which is
