Grantee, an3 to its successors a,^.d assigns, a perpetual utility ease;nent,
with the right to construct and maintain the same over, ur.der, across and
through the oroperty described in Exhibit "A" atitached hereto and izcor-
~orated herein by reference.
It is not the intention of the Grantor by the provisions i^
this agreemen* to convey to tre Grantee an exclusive utility easement,
rather it is understood t?~at the described easement :~ay also be granted
*o other c~mpatible u*_ilities as may be found necessary by the Grantor.
Zt is further expressl~,~ provided *_hat if and when the said
easemen~ shall be laafully and permanently discontinued, all righ.ts to
said easement conveyed to t~.e Grantee by this clause shall i:n-nediately
revert to the Grantor, his ::eirs, personal representatives, successors
and assigns and Grantor shall have the right to immediatel~ repossess
the same .
Wherever used herein, the ter~ "Grar.tor" shall refer to tze
owners o` the subject pro?erty, whether the same ~e an indivi3ual,
husband and ~ifz, joint venture, general oartn?rship, limited partne~-
ship, carporaticn or other entity.
