It is not the intention of the Grantor by the provisians in
this Agreement to convey to the Grantee an exclusive utility easement,
rather it is understood that the described easement may also be granted
to other compatible utilities as may be found necessar~~ by the Grantor.
Zt is f~rther expressly provided that if and when the said ~
easemer.~ shall be la~rfully an3 permanently discontinued, all rights to

revert to the Grantor, his heirs, personal representatives, successors

and assigns and Grantor shall have the right to immediately repossess
the same. r
