AFFIDAVIT
BEFORE me, the undersigned officer, personally appeared
Elton H. Schwarz, who, after being by me first duly sworn, upon
his oath, deposes and says:
1. That he is the dulv elected and commissioned Public
Defender in and for the P7ineteenth Judicial Circuit of the State
of Florida.
2, That Beverly Way Jackson referred to in the Notice of
Lien filed on August 15, 1977 in Official Record Book 272,
Page 1783 of the Public Records in St. Lucie County, Florida,
accor.ding to the information on file with this office in case
number 76-324-CF, ~~as born on May 11, 1953, has been assigned
social security number 266-15-1259 and resided at 433 N. 13th
Street, Fort Pierce, Florida.
3. That the said Beverly [1ay Jackson a/k/a Beverly C.
3ackson referred to in the said Notice of Lien is not one and
the same individual as Beverly K. Jackson, born on August 13,
