AFFIDAVIT
BEFORE me, the undersigned officer, personally appeared
Elton H. Schwarz, who, after being by me first duly sworn, upon
his oath, de~oses and says:
l. That he is the duly electied and commissioned Public
Defender in and for the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of the State
of Florida.
~ 2. That James Jackson referred to in the Notice of
Lien filed on August 15, 1977 in Official Record Book 272,
Page 1784 of the Public Records in St. Lucie County, Florida,
according to the information on file with this office in case
number77-328-CF, was born on July 21, 1947, has been assigned
social security number425-66-8473 and resided at 1717 School
Court, Fort Pierce, Florida.
3. That the said James Jackson referred to in the said
Notice of Lien is not one and the same individual as James W.
Jackson, born an May 31, 1939, having social security number
413-60-0437 and who resides at 3217 Navaho venue, Fort p~rce,
