SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
THIS SPECIAL WAP.RANTY DEED, Made and executed the 18t h day of J ul y ,
19~_ by HARBOR FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, formerly First Federal ~
Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation organized and
existing under the laws of the United States of America, and having its principal
place of business at 100 South Second Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, •
hereinafter called the Grantor, to ~
