ORDERED that upon entry of this Final Judgment, the
- Plaintiff shall deposit the additional sum of ZERO ($U.00) DOLLARS
into the Registry of the Court, and it is
OItDERED and DIRECTED that the Clerk of this Court pay
to the Defendant John E. Panagiote, the aforesaid sum of TWO
HUNDRED SIXTY-SIX AND 67/100 ($266.67) DOLLARS, less any sums
heretofore paid to said Defendant from the monies deposited in
this cause by the Plaintiff, and it is further
ORDERED that title to the following described property,
