This court finds the record heretofore submitted to be
incomplete and is obligated to give petitioner the cpportunity
to supplEment the record, pursuant to Florida Rules of Appellate
Procedure 9.200{f)(2). ~
Petitioner shall file within sixty days a transcript
of the hearing held in the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial
Circuit of Florida upon Turtle Reef Associates, Inc.'s Motion to
Strike Pleadings of Cotton States Mutual Insurance.Company, the ~

result of which was the Circuit Court's order to Compel dated

January 24, 1983.
If no record was made of said hearing, petitioner shall ~
so notify this court in writing within ten days of this order,
and shall thereafter serve upon respondent within twenty days
' hereof a statement of the proceedings pursuant to F1a.R.App.P.
~ 9.200 (b) (3) .
The parties shall thereafter proceed in accordance with
