THIS CAUSE came on to be considered upon the
Motion to Dismiss and the Motion for more Definite 5tatement on .

his wife, and the Motion to Dismiss of the Defendant, EVERARDO GARCIA,
and upon review and agreement of the parties hereto,
IT IS ORDERED:
1. The Defendants, JORGE F. MURGIO and tQARTA W.
2iURGZO Motion to Dismiss is hereby granted and the Plaintiff shall

~ have fifteen days frcm t~e date hereof in which to file an Amended Ca~laint, which
k Amended Complaint shall have affixed to it as Exhibits, any written-

Motion for More Definite Statement is granted i.n that the Plaintiff
