FINAL DECREE OF ADOPTION
This cause came to be heard on Petitioners' Petition for
Adoption, and the Recommendation for Adoption and Consent filed I

x by the Catholic Social Services, Inc. recommending that the
permanent custody of the minor child be awarded to the Petitioners,

and the Court havinq been fully advised in the premises, finds:
~ 1. That the Petitioners, DAVID WILLIAM HYNES and LA~3REL ~

FULLER HYNES, are fit and proper persons to adopt the child named ;

; in the Petition, and the best interests of the child will be
~ ~
pro~ted by such adoption. !
; 2. That.such child is suitable for adoption by the ,

~ Petitioners herein.

~ IT IS THEREUPON QRDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:

; 1. That the permanent custody of the child known as
; JENNIFER LAUREN HYNES in these proceedings, and now in~the temporary
custody of the Petitioners, be and the same is hereby given to DAVID
WILLIAM HYNES and LAUREL FULLER HYNES,, his wife.
2. That the child now known as JENNIFER LAUREN HYNES is given
the lawful name of, and shall be henceforth known as JENNIFER LAUREN ~
HYNES.
3. That ~he said child is hereby declared to be the legal
child and lawful heir of DAVID WILLIAM IiYNES and LAUREL FULLER HYNE~, ~
his wife, and said child shall be subject to all obligatians and
entitled to all of the rights and privileges of children born to the
adopting parents in lawful wedlock.
