Section 11 to the intersection of the west right-of-way of State Road
A-1-A; thence run northwesterly along the west right-of-way of State
Road A-1-A to a point which is 207 feet north of the south line of
Section 11, and the Point of Beginning of the lands herein described:
From said Point of Beginning, run South 89°35'S8" West, parallel
