SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the ~ertain mortgage and
indebtedness secured th~reby executed by Chambers Corporation, dated
April 15, 1980, recorded in 0. R. Book 385, page 2109 of the public
records of St. Lucie Ccunty, Florida, to Victory Construction, Inc.~
Mortgagee, encumberin~ the following described real property situate
in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 28, VIKINGS LANDING, PHASE TWO, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 19, page 6 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Fl.orida.
Said above-described ~ortgage also being re-recorded in 0. R.
Book 386, page 0653 of the public records of St. Lucie Caunty, Florida.
AT tre request of the mortga~?or and in consideration of $10.00
and other good and valuable considerations, inuring to the undersi~ned,
the undersigned being the owner and holder of said mortgage does hereby
subordinate the lien and aperation and ef£ect of the abovesaid mortgage,
to the lien and operation and effect of that certain mortgage and
indebtedness secured thereby executed by Chambers Corporation to
Citizens Federal Savings Loan Association of St. Lucie County, under

advances made thereunder, and encumbering the above-described real
