corner of Section 3, Township 36 South, Range 40 East; thence run
North on a line paralleling and being the same as the West boundary
of that property deeded to FLOYD ELDER and LYNDALL ELDER, his wife,
by.Warranty Deed from C. L. CAI~BELL and ANNIE M. CAMPBELL, his wife,

CAI~BELL, deceased, dated March 17, 1977; thence run North 182
feet; thence run West 150 feet; thence run South on a line being
the same line as the East boundary of property deeded to BARRY L.
ELDER from ANNIE M. CAMPBELL, surviving spouse of C. L. CAMPBELL,
deceased, 182 feet; thence run East 150 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
