6. The Owner(s) shall be bound to the~Association to the same e~cteat bnd
in the same manner as if the Owner(s) were Mortgagor(s) under said mortgage and
the maker(s) of all promissory notes secured thereby.
7. The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s) is satis- _
~factory and that the above stated new interest rate payable on the sums secured by ~
said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association hereby consents to the sale,
transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgaged property to the Owner(s). ~
