ORDER ON MANDATE This cause came on for hearing on the motion of the Defendant, United States Fire Insurance Company, for an order on Mandate in accordance with the Mandate and opinion of the District Court of Appeal, Fourth District of Florida, now lodged~in this court. The decision of the Appellate Court affirmed in part and reversed in part the final judgment and amended final judgment of this court dated January 21, 1982, recorded in Official Record Book. 369 at Page 2903, dated February 5, 1982, recorded in Official ~ Record Book 370 at Page 2450, dated February 5, 1982, recorded in ~ ~ Official Record Book 370 at Page 2452 and dated February 5, 1982, recorded in Official Record Book 370 at Page 2883. The Fourth District Court of Appeal affirmed the judgment in favor of Tom Johnston, John Washburn, Trustee in bankruptcy of Coastal Communica- tions, Inc. and against United States Fire Insurance Company and ~ reversed the judgment against the United States Fire Insurance { 3 Company and in favor of Aviation Assurance Agency, Inc., by ~ Galbraith & Dickens. The Fourth District Court of Appeal remanded i the cause to this court with directions to enter judgment for ~ i ~ United States Insurance Company against Aviation Assurance Agency, ~ ~ Inc., by Galbraith & Dickens on the indemnity claim.
