ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The final judgment of this court filed in this cause
on January 21, 1982, recorded in Official Record Book 369 at Page_
2903 and the amended final judqment filed in this cause on February
5, 1982, recorded in Official Record Book 370 at Page 2450, insofar
as those judgments granted the plaintiffs an award of damaqes of
$89,006.00 and the order recorded in Official Record Book 370 at
Page 2883 taxing attorney's fees and costs in favor of the
plaintiffs in the amount of $803.82 as costs and $27,500.00 as
attorney's fees and $300.00 as an expert witness fee are adhered to.
~ 2. The final judgment of this court filed in this cause
on January'21, 1982, recorded.in Official Record Book 369 at Page
2903 and the amended final judgment filed in this cause on February
5, 1982, recorded in Official Record Book 370 at Page 2450, insofar
as those judgments entered judgment against Defendant, United States
Fire Insurance Company and in favor of the Third Party Defendant,
Aviation Assurance Agency, Inc., by Galbraith & Dickens and the
order recorded in Official Record Book 370 at Page 2452 dated
February 5, 1982 taxing costs in favor of the Third Party Defendant,
Aviation Assuran~e Agency, znc., by Galbrait,h & Dickens against the
~ Third Party Plaintiff, United States Fire Insurance Company, in the
~ amount of $268.64 are hereby vacated and withdrawn.
3. A final judgment for indemnity will be entered in
favor of United States Fire Insurance Company and against the
Third Party Defendant, Aviation Assurance Agency, Inc., by
Galbraith & Dickens.
