THIS CAUSE came to be heard on August 26, 1983, upon
Plaintiffs• Motion to Preserve Evidence, and the Court, having
reviewed the pleadings filed~herein and having heard argument by
counsel for the respective parties, does hereby
ORDER AND ADJUDGE as follows:
1. The Plaintiffs Motion to Preserve Evidence is
granted and Defendant is hereby ordered to preserve the steps on ;
. ;

which the Plaintiff allegedly fell.
2. Plaintiff shall pay Defendant the reasonable cost
to preserve those steps as well as the reasonable cost to replace

them, if they are still in use. ~ ~
