THIS CAOSB came-on for trial on the 1st day of September !
1983, and the Court having given full consideration to all '
, the evidence, finds and determines:

This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relatfonship of 8usband and
Wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage

between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be~
dissolved. It is thereupon,
ORDSRLD AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. DISSOLOTION OF MARRIAGB. The marriage between
TERRY FAYE BRADFORD and CHARLES W. BRADFORD, be, and the same ~ i
is, hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are ~
hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom. ~
~ 2. PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY. The sole parental ~ ~
i responsibility of the minnr child of the parties, DENISHA
I LYNN BRADFORD, age 8 mos., is hereby awarded to the Wife,
