This cause came on for trial the lst day of SEPTEMBER, 1983,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband :
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irre.trievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: _
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between LEONARD
DUANE MORGAN and HOLLYCE ANN MORGAN, be and the same is hereby
dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever _
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between ~them

~ and from the obligations arising therefrom. ;

I 2. PROPERTY. ~
~ Al1 property shall be divide~ and distributed in ;

accordance with the Separation and Property Settlement Agreement ~

entered into by and between the parties on July 6, 1983, which

agreement shall not be merged into this Final Judgment but shall '

survive said Final Judgment.
~ 3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby
~ enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or
annoying, the other.

~ 4. FEES AND COSTS. Each party shall be responsible for his
~
` or her own attorney's fees and costs.
~
~ 5. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
~
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
~ proper.
