NOW COMES, the Husband, VITO MIRAGLIA, by and through counsel, -
MICHAEL P. LESNIAR, and requests this Court to allow counsel to with-
draw and states as follows;
1. That the Husband, VITO MIRAGLIA, has requested counsel to
withdraw as counsel of record and prefers to proceed his case as pro se
as evidence by his signature below. -
2. The Husband has requested his file. •
WHEREFORE, the above considered, the Husband requests this Court
to grant an order to allow Michael P. Lesniak to withdraw as counsel for
