THIS CAUSE came on upon husband's Motion for Temporarv

and the Court having heard the.argument of counsel, and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, finds that the father
presently fias '~physical~ ` anda~ctual custody of the chi ldren and has
had for approximately one year.
