3. The decedent. MARGARET L. LEE, whose last known ~
address was 506 New Salem Road, Marshalltown, Iowa 50158, died on
December 7, I982, at Marshalltown, Marshall County, Iowa, and at
the time of death, decedent was domiciled in Marshall County,
Iowa. A certified copy of decedent's death certificate is
