10. The Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or
Codicil of the decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 11.
11. The original of the decedent's Last Will, dated
May 6, 1982, duly executed by the Testatrix in the presence of
; two subscribing witnesses, - SANDRA K. HURDLE , and GEORGE

r W. SUDENGA, when the decedent was over the age of 18 years, was
~ duly admitted to probate and record in the District Court, State
~ of Iowa, in and for Marshall County, by Order dated December 15,
1982, that court being_the court of probate jurisdiction at the
domicile of the decedent. A duly authenticated transcript of the ~
~ appropriate portions of the domiciliary proceeding, including the .

Will, is attached to this Petition.
12. The decedent's Will does not direct administration `
as required by Florida Statute. Chapter 733.
