On the Petition of GLEN B. LEE for an Order of Probate and ~
Order of Summary Administration of the Estate of MARGARET L. LEE,
~ deceased, the Court finding that decedent died on the 7th day of ~
~ December, 1982= that all interested persons have been served with ~
cv proper notice of this hearing, or have waived notice thereof; -o
~ that the Petitioner filed exemp lified copies of the decedent's
r„ Last Will and Testament, and the Letters of Appointment w
~ as Executor from the domiciliary proceedings; that the Will o
w complies with the laws of Florida so as to entitle it to probate;
H that the material~allegations of the Petition are true; and that
an Order of Summary Administration should be entered; it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Will of MARGARET L. LEE dated
May 6, 1982, along with the accompanying domiciliary proceedings
be admitted to probate and record in this Court, and it is
further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution of.
the assets of the decedent as follows:
