TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS OR DEMANDS AGAINST THE ABQVE ESTATE:
Please be informed that an Order.of Sumnnary
Administration has been entered in the.above-styled estate by the
Circuit Court. Charlotte County, Florida. The total value of the
estate is $22,750.00. and the name and address of the person to
whom the estate has been assigned by the aforesaid Order are:

Within three months from the date of the first
puhlication of this notice you are required to file with the ~
Clerk of the Circuit Court. Probate Division, Post Office
Box 1687, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950, a written statement of any
claim or demand you may have against the estate of MARGARET L.
LEE. ~
Each claim must be in writing and must indicate the
basis for the claim, the name and address of the creditor or his
agent or attorney, and the amount claimed. If the claim is not
yet due. the date when it shall become due shall be stated. If
the claim is contingent or unliquidated, the nature of the
; uncertainty shalltbe stated. If the claim is secured, the
security shall be described. The claimant shall deliver
sufficient copies of the claim to the Clerk to enable the Clerk
Ii to mail one co to the above-named person to whom the estate has
