being first duly sworn deposes and says: _
1. Affiant is a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida,
residing at 3609 South Indian River Drive, Fort Pierce, FL 33450.
2. Affiant is the fee simple owner.of the following described
real ~ property :
South lj2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the
Northwest lj4 of Section 19, Township
35 South, Range 40 East, less the West
40' for road rightrof-way, located in
St. LuGie County, Florida.
3. Affiant acquired fee simple title to this property with
her husband, Bror A. Pettersson. Affiant was married to Bror A.
#~ettersson on December 21, 1945 and was married to him continuously
until the date of his death on February lU, 1983. Affiant has not
remarried since the date of death of Bror A. Pettsrsson.
