into the sole name of the Husband.
d-2. The Husband shall transfer to the Wife any and all
interest he may have in the furnishings and household effects
presently located in the marital home except as follows:
At the time of the sale of the marital home or at such
time when the Wife no longer makes the marital home her primary
residence, the Wife shall allow the Husband to remove the bedroom
suite which previously belonged to the Husband's Grandfather which
bedroom suite is hereby agreed to be the exclusive property of the
Husband.
3. WIFE'S ATTORNEY'S FEES. This Court finds that a
reasonable Attorney's fee in this case for the'Wife's Attorney is
six hundred dollars ($600.00) and the Husband is hereby ordered
to pay the amount of three hundred dollars ($300.00) to ERROL S.
WILLES, Attorney for the Wife, toward her attorney's fees together
with one-haif of any costs incurred by the Wife in this cause.
The Husband shall pay the sum of three hundred dollars ($300.00)
together with one hal~ of the costs to ERROL S. WILLES within
~ ninety (90) days of the date of this Order.
~ 4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
~ parties hereto, is retained~for the entry of such further Orders
~ as may be proper. '
