THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon plaintiff's Motion to Enforce ;

Judgment, and the Court having reviewed the file, having considered said ~
motion and oral arguments of counsel, and beinc otherwise advised in these
particulars, it is-hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that
I. The Clerk shall sell to the highest bidder, in cash, at a judicial
sale conducted in accordance with §45.031, Fla. Stat. (1981), all right, title

and interest of STEPHAN H. ALEX in the following: ~

i a. RIVLRHOUSE ASSOCIATES LTD. , a Florida limited
i
f
~ partnership;
~
~ b. MARINA VIEW LTD., a Florida limited partnership; and
~ c. STAFFORD APARTMENTS, a Maryland limited partnership.
~ 2. The sale shall be by public auction at 12 o'clock Noon on November
~

~ I, 1983 at tF~e Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie. County
~ Courthouse. The right, title and interest in each limited partnership shall
; be sold separately.

; 3. The money from the sale is to be applieci first to the payment of
~
' the cost of the sale; next to the cost of this suit; then toward the
? satisfaction of plaintiffs jud~ment for recovery from the defendant. If said
' money is insufficient to pay plaintiffs judgment in total, said judgment shall
f be reduced by the amount of money applied, and execution shall issue for
the balance. Any residue is to be paid to Defendant ALEX.
