4. Oefendant ALEX shall provide to counsel for plaintiff within thirty

(30) days from the date of this Order, a copy of the written limited ~
part~ership agreement concerning MARINA VIEYI LTD.
5. This Order shall not operate to discharge the charging orders and
liens imposed by this Court in its written Orders dated February 15, 1983
~
and May 5, 1983, Said charging orders and liens shall remain in full force ~
and effect until completion of the judiciai sale ordered hereunder.
