ruling upon ob~jections to that sale~ the Clerk shall make distribution
of the proceeds of that sale by paying in the following order the
amounts indicated hereafter:
. (a) All costs and expenses of these proceedings sub-
sequent to the entry of this ~udgment, including the cost of
publishing the Notice of Sale and the Clerk's fee for making the sale
(unless the Plaintiffs having already paid for those two items of
costs shall be the purchasers at the sale), the cost of the state
docuroentary tax stamps affiaed to the certificate of title based on
the amount bid for the property (plus the costs if paid by the
purchaser)~ and the fee hereinabove a2lowed to the attorneys for the
Plaintiffs.
(b) The total sum herein found to be due to the
Plaintiffs, less the attorney's fees mentioned in Paragraph 2 hereof,
plus interest from the date of this judgment at twelve percent (12~)
per annum until date of payment.
8. If the total amount realized on the sale exceeds the
i total of the sums ordered to be paid by Paragraph 7 of this judgment,
the Clerk shall disburse the surplus as this Court shall hereafter

f direct; and if the total amount realized shall not be sufficient to

~ pay all of those sums, the Clerk shall pay first those specified in

~ Paragra~h 7(a) and shall pay the balance to the Plaintiffs.

~ Upon the confirmation of the sale, whether by the Clerk

~ filing the certificate of title herein or by order of the Court ruling
~ upon objections to the sale, the Defendants, and any and all persons
~
~
~ claiming by, through or under them or any of them shall be forever
~ barred and foreclosed of and from all right, title, interest, claim or
