This cause came on for hearing before me on a motion to
strike the claim for punitive damages filed by the defendant
SOUTHEAST BANK, N.A., a motion to strike from the trial
docket filed by the defendant SOUTHEAST BANK, N.A., and a
motion to strike the claim for punitive damages filed by the
defendant GENERAL MOTORS ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, and the Court
~ having heard argument by counsel for the respective parties,

~ and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is
