owner and holder of that certain mortgage dated August 19, 198Z, executed by The Sands
Lake View Development, a Florida partnership, snd recorded on August 24, 1982, in Officiel
Recocds Book 382~ at Page 1724, of the Public Records oi St. Lucie County, Florida, hereby
acknowledges the payment of the sum of Fou~ Thousend, Tficee Hundred 8nd No/100
(54,300.00) Dollars, with interest, from The Sands Lake Yiew Development, a Florida
partnecship.
WHBRBBY, The Sands Leke View Development has requested Harbor Federal
Savings and Loan Association to ~elease the premises heeei~after described, being part of
said premises encumbeced by the aforedescribed mortgage, from the lien and operation of
said mortgage.
NOW, THBftBFORB, KNOW YB that HARBOR FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of TEN AND NO/200
(510.00) DOi,I.ARS to it paid by ThP Sands Lake View Development at the time of the
execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby -acknowledged, does remise, release, quit
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto The Sands
Lake View Development and as.signs all that piece, parcel or Lract of land, being a part of
the premises conveyed by said mortgage, to wit:

of Phese N of THB SAND6, A CONDOIYQI~TI~3Y, SBCTION 1~
"Cor~domimum" aceordirg to the Deelaration of Condominium thereof,
recorded in Oificial Becord4 Book 36?, at Pages ?48 tlvough 839, of the
Public Becwrds of 3t. Lucie County, Floride, as such Declaration may
have been amended by eny smendcnents thereto heceto i'~led in the Publie
Records of 3t. Lucie County, Florida, including but not limited to any
amendment to add the aforesaid Phese to the Condominium (if sueh Phage
be other than Phase I thereofl.
This instrument is alsc intended to release the aforedescribed property from that
certain UCC-1 Financing Statement reeorded on August 24, 1982, in Official Records Book
382, at Page 1730, of the Publie Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with appurtenances, unto The Sands Lake View
Devel~pment, a Florida partnership, and its assigns forever, freed, exonerated and dis-
charged of and from the lien of spid ~ortg~ge, pnd every psrt thereof; ~+roy~P~, ~?~+~?~~s,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the
j - effeet, lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid mortgage on the remaining part of said
