PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
TNE UNOERSIGNEO, HARBOR fEOERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, forn~er-
ly First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, the
owner and holder of that certain mortgage dated February 5, 1981, e~iecuted
by The Sands Lake Yiew Development, a Florida partnership, and recorded on
February 28, 1981, in Official Records Book 349 at Pages 1325 through 1336,
inclusive, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, hereby ac-
knowledges the payment of the Stml Of SIa'TY-NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED

WNEREBY, THE SANDS LAKE VIEW OEYELOPMENT has requested HARBOR FEDERAI.
SAVI~~GS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION to release the premises hereinafter described,
being part of said premises encumbered by the aforedescribed mortgages, from
the lien and operation of said mortgages:
NOW TNEREFORE, KNOW YE THAT HARBOR FEDERAL SAyINGS ANQ LOAN ASSOCIA-
TIO~~ in consi~eration of the premises and of the sum of Ten (510.00) Dollars
to it paid by THE SANDS LAKE VIEW DEVELOPMENT at the time of the execution
hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release,
quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortgages unto THE SAt~DS LAKE VIEW DEVELOPMEi~T and assigns all that piece,
parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said
mortgages, to-wit:
The Condominium Parcel known as Apartment 6204
i in Building 6 of Phase I~ of THE SANOS, A CONDO-
MIN~UM; SECTI N I the "Condom~nium according to the Declara-
~ tion of Condominium thereof_, recorded in Official Records Book
367 at Pages 748 through 839 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, as such Declaration may have been amended by
any amendments thereto hereto filed in_the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, including but not limited to any
amendment to add the aforesaid Fhase to the Condominium (if
such Phase be other than Phase I thereof).
This instrument is also intended to release the aforedescribed property
from the follor~ing UCC-1 Financing Statement filed in the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, File No. 518320 in Official Records Book 349 at
Pages 1337-1338.
TO NAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with appurtenances, unto THE SANDS LAKE
~ VIEW DEVELOPMENT and its assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of
and from the lien of said mortgages, and every part thereof; provided, always,
~ nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter
= or diminish the effect, lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid r.wrtgages on
~ the remaining part of said mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom,
F or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
