corporation, the owner and holder of that certain mortgage dated

recorde on a 1983 in Officiel Records Book u00 , Page
2017 ,~f the Public Records o St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
WHEREAS, THE SANDS LAKEVIEW DEVELOPMENT has requested
BANKERS TRUST C0111PANY to release the premises hereinafter described being
part of said premises encumbered by the aforedescribed mortgage from the lien
and operation of said mortgage.
NOW, T~iEREFORE, BANKERS TRUST COMPANY, in consideration of the
premises and the sum of TEN DOLLARS (510.00) to it in hand paid by THE SANDS
LAhEVIEW DEVELOPMENT at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remiss, release, quit claim, exonerate, and
discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto THE SANDS
LAKEVIEH' DEVELOPMENT end assigns all pieces, parcels or tracts of land being a
part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage to-wit:

amendments thereto hereto filed in the Public P.ecords of St. Lucie •
