TNE UNDERSIGNED, HARBOR FEDERAL SAVINGS ANO LOAN ASSOCIATION, former-
ly First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation ~
organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, the ~
owner and holder of that ceriain mortgage dated February 5, 1981, executed
by The Sands lake View Development, a Florida partnership, and recorded on
February 28, 1981, in Official Records Book 349 at Pages 1325 through 1336,
inclusive, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, hereby ac-
knowledges the payment~ of the sum of SEVENTY TWO THOUSAND - THREE
HUNDRED (532 , 300 . 00 LLARS, wi th ~ nterest, from THE
SANDS LAKE VIEW DEVELOPMENT, a Florida partnership,
WHEREBY, THE SANDS LAKE VIEW DEVELOPME~~T has requested HARBOR FEGERAL
SAVI~~GS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION to release the premises hereinafter described,
being part of said prenises encumber~d by the aforedescribed mortgages, fro~
the lien and operation of said mortgages:
WQW THEREFORE, KNOtJ YE THAT HARBOR FtDERAL SAVINGS AP~D LOAt~ ASSOCIA-
TIOP~ in consideration of the premises and.of the sum of Ten (~10.00) Dollars
to it paid by THE SANDS LAKE VIEtJ DEVELOPMENT at the time of the execution
hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release,
quit-claim, exnnerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortgages un~THE SAt~DS LAKE VIEW DEVELOPt1Ei~T and assigns all that piece,
parcel or tra of land, being a part of the prer~ises conveyed by said
mortgages, to-wit:

in Building 12 of Phase V II of THE SANDS, A CQNDO-
h1ItJIU~1, SECTIOP~ I the "Condominium" according to the Declara-

p VIE4! DEVELOPhiENT and its assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharsed of
and fror~ the lien of said mortgages, and every part thereof; provided, always,
~ nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter
° or diminish the effect, lien or encur~brance of the aforesaid r~ortgages on
: the remaining part of 3aid nortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom,
4 or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
