Records Book 382, at Page 1720, oi the Public ftecords oi St. Lucie County, Florida, heceby
acknowledges the payment of the sum of Four Thousand, Three Hundred and No/100
(54,300.00) Dollars, with intecest~ fcom The~ Sands Lake View Development, a Florida
partnership.
WHBREBY, The Sands Lake View Development has requested Harboc Federal
Savings and Loan Association to release the premises hereinaftec deseribed, being pact of
said premises encumbered by the aforedescribed mortgage, from the lien and operation of
said mortgage.
NOW, THBItBF086, KNOW YB that HARBOR FEDERAI. SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of TEN AND NO/100
(510.00) DOLLARS to it paid by The Sends Lake View Development at the time of the
execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby aeknowledged, does remise, release, quit
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto The Sands
Lake View Development and assigns all that piece, pareel or t~aet of land, being a part of
the premises conveyed by said mortgage, to wit:

have been amended by eny amendments thereto hereto filed in the Public .
Reeords of St. Lucie County, Ftorida, including but not limited to eny
amendment to add the aforesaid Phese to the C.ondominium (if such Phase
be other then Phase I thereofl. .

certain UCC-1 Financing Statement recorded on August 24, 1982, in Official ftecords Book

Development, a Florida partnership, and its assigns forever, freed, exonerated and dis-
charged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every part thereof; provided, always,
