owner and holder of that certain mortgage dated August 19, 1982, executed by The Sands
Lake View Development, a Florida partnecship, and recorded on August 'l4, t3~i, in O~ficial
Records Book 382, at Page 1720, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, hereby
acknowledges the payment of the sum of Four Thousand, Three Hundred and No/100
(54,300.00) Dollars, with interest, from The Sands Lp.ke View Development, a Florida •
partnership.
WHgR66Y, The Sands Lake View Development has requested Harbor Federal
Savings and Loan Association to release the premises hereinaftee described, being part of
said premises encumbered by the aforedescribed mortgage, from the lien and operation of
said mortgage.
NOW, THBRBFORB, KNOW YB that HARBOR FEDBRAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of TEN AND NO/100
(510.00) DOLLARS to it paid by The Sands Lake View Development et the time of the
execution hereof, the receipt whereoi is hereby acKnowlec7gea, does remise, release, quit
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto The Sands
Lake View Development and assigns all that piece, parcel or traci of land, being a part of
the premises conveyed by said mortgage, to wit:

°Concbmuuum" accocding to the Declaration of Condominium thereof,
recocded in Oificigl Becocds Book 367, at pages 748 tt~rough 839, of the
Public Records of 3t. Lucie County, Florida, as such Declaration may
have been amended by any amendments thereto hereto filed in the Publie
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, including but not limited to any
amendment to add the aforesaid Phese to the Co~~dominium (if sueh Phase
be other than Phase I thereof).
This instrument is also intended to release the aforedescribed property from that
certain UCC-1 Finaneing Statement recorded on August 24, 1982, in Official ftecords Book
382, at Page 1730, of the Public ftecords of St. Lueie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with appurtenances, unto The Sands Lake View
Development, a Florida partnership, and its assigns forever, freed, exonerated and dis-
charged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every part thereof; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the
