HomeMy WebLinkAbout0974 ~ ~c ' bi~a~a~1~i PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE THE UNDERSIGNEO, HARBOR FEOERAL SAYINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, former- ly First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, the owner and holder of that certain mortgage dated February 5, 1981, executed by The Sands Lake View Development, a Florida partnership, and recorded on February 28, 1981, in Official Records Book 349 at Pages 1325 through 1336, inclusive, of the PubliC Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, hereby ac- knowledges the payment of the sum of SIXTY-Tw T - p (S62 300.00 L R, with interest, rom HE S DS L KE V1EW DEY LOP , a~ or da partnership, WHEREBY, THE SANDS LAKE VIEW DEVELOPMENT has requested HARBOR FEDERAL SAYINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION to release the.premises hereinafter described, being part of said premises encumbered by the aforedescribed mortgages, from the lien and operation of said mortgages: ~~OW THEREFORE, KNOW YE TNAT NARBOR FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIA- TION in consideration of the premises and of the sum of Ten (510.00) Dollars to it paid by THE SANDS LAKE VIEW DEVELOPMENT at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgages unto THE SANDS LAKE VIEW OEVELOPPIE~~T and assigns all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgages, to-wit: ~ The Condominium Parcel known as Apartment 6 102 in Building 6 of Phase Iv of TNE SANDS, A CONDO- PtINIUM, SECTI N I the "Condominium according to the Declara- tion of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 367 at Pages 748 through 839 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as such Declaration may have been amended by any amen~nents thereto hereto filed in_the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, including but not limited to any amendment to add the aforesaid Phase to the Condominium (if , ' such Phase be other than Phase I thereof). f i This instr~nent is also intended to release the aforedescrihed property i from the follor~ing UCC-1 Financing Statement filed in the Public Records of !
